NANA in NYC:
A Narrative through a Virtual Influencer Instagram
As a complement to MARFA project's narrative, I managed the virtual human Instagram @nana.6.14, blending 3D models with real-world photographs to create immersive scenes of NANA “visiting” Earth.

From concept to the final Instagram post, the process focuses on creating visually engaging, narrative-driven content.
Concept + Narrative design
This Instagram narrative conveys another facet of MARFA’s world through NANA's experience in NYC.
NANA, a MARFA Being, travels to Earth to find her lost EmoBi—unique orbs containing emotions based on personal experiences.
Recognizing NYC's allure, I created NANA’s virtual tour. This experience entices users to follow NANA to explore the city and its trends, while also learning more about her unique identity
NANA leaves posters asking if anyone has seen her EmoBi.
I designed this side-quest inspired by Alternate Reality Games (ARG) to create a sense of shared experience between NANA and the audience as she explores the city.
I also brainstormed Q&A activity, answering followers’ question that would reveal more about MARFA.
Finally, after 6 months, NANA forms her own EmoBi. This event reveals MARFA’s important concept: EmoBi derives from an individual’s emotions of their experience.
